Monday and it is time to hear from our young reporter Victoria
Victoria, Sonny and Jack out for a walk on the Dover cliff top.
Here is my report
On Monday night it was the AGM meeting. the dog training club had raised £1600 for hearing dogs forthe deaf. the local newspaper was there to take a photo of the cheque. I also took our rosette ,from Crufts, up to dog training . The photographer took our photo as well!! We had a talk about hearing dogs, and we learnt that the first non pedigree dog allowed at Crufts was a hearing dog and most hearing dogs are strays or come from rescue centres. it was a really interesting talk. At ringcraft Jack was good thanks again to the advice Billy gave me at crufts and what I learnt by watching the adult handlers there. Jack was going really well up and down the mats and standing on the table. On Saturday we went for a walk along the top of the white cliffs of Dover. We kept Jack on a lead most of the time as it was hard to tell where the edge was. He didn't seem to mind and we let him off as we got in land a bit Jack was up to his usual tricks of picking up sticks and running off. Good luck to all those that are showing and are training pups.
Lots of love Victoria and Jack.
Thanks Victoria, what a lovely place to be able to go walking, I wish I lived near the sea
