What has been happening over the pond! Here is our report from Tircia in the USA
Sorry I am late with this today. I was hoping to have the results for the Bedlington Specialty in Louisville, KY, but so far I have not been able to find them. I sent an email to Amelia's breeder, she is at the show with Malin Eriksson from Sweden, so hopefull she will get back to me. All is quiet here in the island. Little by little we are coming back to life here, spring breakers are starting to show up......still not warm enough for the beach, but that doesn't seem to stop them. The girls are loving the spring weather, they helped me rake the yard & clean out the shed. On a sad note, one of my cats died on Monday...we think he may have had a heart attack. Milo was his name, and he was at the back door as usual with his brother Simon for me to fill the food bowl. That was at 9:10 am, at 10:10 am I found him dead at the foot of the steps. His poor brother was beside himself for 2 days.....howlling & wanting the company of the dogs.....highly unusal. So the girls spent alot of time on the deck just having a lay down with him....he is doing better now.....they are litter mates & would be 8 years old in May. Dogs are doing great, Amelia, at 5 1/2 months is a full blown teenager.....alway trying to push the limits, with me & the other girls, so she is keeping all of us on our toes......I am more determined then her! She is a very good girl though & has learned good manners, which to me is most important. That's all for now from Ocracoke Island, USA.
Thanks Tricia, sorry to hear about Milo it must have been a shock to suddenly find he had passed on without any warning. Hope his brother is feeling better and not missing him too much.
