Dusty Wins Best Puppy In Show

Hello Bloggers

The Makems have been off on their travels again, had a couple of nights up at Seahouses on the Northumberland coast.  Miles and miles of deserted beaches just the job for a pack of Bedlingtons.  Not even a sight of Peter O'Toole or Richard Burton doing their bits for Becket.  We even had the chance of a visit to Eglingham Working Terrier Show out in the wilds of Northumberland and just look what occurred!

Dusty won Best Pup in show and a nice big rosette and silver platter along with a sack of dog food, and a  warm fleece coat for his handler for when the long cold winter walks take place. The Makems

Fantastic news, congratulations and very well done the Makems and Dusty!!!! It must have been lovely at Seahouses  to walk along miles and miles of deserted beaches, hope you remembered to take your camera.

Hello Billy

There were a lot of Borders at the show one got BO, however we did manage to beat the Border pup.
There's a show at Leeholme Working Mens Club, now there's a name for a venue, this Saturday. Leeholme is close to Bishop Auckland.
