Welsh News From Enid

Good morning, Bloggers. The photo is of our new Motorhome. We used it for the first time at Midland Counties and the dogs were lovely and cosy in their own kennel under the beds. We thought they would make a fuss when we put them into their baskets but they curled up and went to sleep and had to be woken up in the morning. I've been having driving lessons and am now sure I'll have no trouble with it. Maureen and Elwyn came over for lunch and gave it the thumbs up so that was a relief! We'll be taking it to LKA and staying at Chapel Lane. Are you staying there Derek?
Tim's Tredomen Tarbaby has had a litter and he is keeping a dog puppy. I'll post photos when we go and visit – probably next week.
Diane Herbert's dog has had an operation to remove a little lump on her back  so we are crossing our fingers that she will be OK.
We're going to West Midland terrier Club show on Saturday so it will be an early start for us. There was snow on the Brecon Beacons this morning so I hope it doesn't make it's way down to us. Hope to see some of you on the weekend.Enid

Thank you Enid, that certainly is an ideal doggie  motorhome, I think you and the dogs are going to really your enjoy time on holiday and at the shows. Great to hear Maureen and Elwyn came to visit, I bet they enjoyed having a home cooked Sunday Lunch. Congratulations to Tim and Julie with the pups and hope Diane’s dog is over her little op. As far as shows go I only know of WMT this weekend, if anyone knows of any others with classes do drop me a line.

I forgot to ask if anyone knew if there are refreshments at West Midland Show or do we have to take our own?

Hi Enid

Nice new wheels. Yes we are staying at Chapel Lane on the Saturday night. Eileen wants to go to Wellbourne Market on the Saturday morning so we are leaving early for home on the Saturday.

See you there and anyone else who may be at the site.

P.S. there's a good food store close to the site.

Hi enid, if it is the same as precious years the show does sell tea coffee and some home-made cobs, however they never seem to have very many and they do sell out quick so it may be safer to take your own to make sure!

Note From Carol

Do hope you are slowing getting back to normality, its so difficult and very often friend don’t always know the best way to approach you.
Davids daughter lost her fight with cancer on 5th October leaving 2 small children and husband, we are trying to get back to normality. Its very hard and David is missing her terribly but we are trying to keep all the positives.

On a more cheerful note! The blog is not accepting my password. Can I please ask that you put the following comment on Enids note.

I was very saddened to read your post. To say goodbye to a young lady with a husband and family, who should have had a whole life ahead of her is totally devastating! Life can be so very cruel! You and the family are in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless!
