News From Ian &The Flying Bedlingtons!
Happy New Year Bloggers,
Well Jazz and Sapphires New Years Day started with a trip down to Sleap Air field, we had an 1/2 Hours flight in our friends plane, they enjoyed it a great deal as it was their first time in a plane. They looked out of the window when we flew over our house to see if Mum or Brian were waving at us from the.gardens. Once we were back on the ground and parked up in the hanger we went for a 3 mile walk around the perimeter road and in some areas you can still see the parking areas where they use to park the big bombers in war time. When we got 3/4 the way round we bumped into a friend who owns the pool we all go fishing in for carp. We all went into the cafe below the tower and had a cup of tea and the had a look around the museum  at all the old planes and engines from all types of planes that crashed during the war in the local area,it was interesting. On the 3rd January Mum wanted to go into Shrewsbury so I dropped her of at the park and ride bus service and carried on to Haughmond Hill with the dogs for yet another good walk, Jazz and Sapphire had lots of fun playing and running around with lots of other dogs. Once we had picked Mum up we made a top 10 hits that Jazz and Sapphire like listening to when they are in the car when we go Rallying or on our adventures and they are-:
10, Hound Dog    by Elvis Presley
9, Walking The Dog by Rufus Thomas
8, I Love My Dog by Cat Stevens
7, Puppy Love      by Doggie Osmond
6, Hounds Of Love by Kate Bush
5, Woofs It All About Alfie by Cilla Black
4, Walking The Dog by Seldom Scene
3, Bark At The Moon by Ozzy Ozborne
2, Me And You And A Dog Named Boo by Lobo
And at Number 1 which is Jazz and Sapphire's theme music when they enter a special rally stage or enter the Bedlington Fun day Field is     Who Let The Dogs Out by The Baha Men.
We hope to see you all at Crufts (God Willing)  so for now pop pickers its bye bye for now from Jazz and Sapphire pups.
Thank you goodness you and your k9 helpers certainly get about and have a lot of fun. I don’t suppose there have ever been any beddies that have taken to the skies in a private aircraft!  Can any bloggers think up anymore songs to add to K9 list of theme music? All i can think of is “How Much Is That Doggie In the Window
