Very Sadly I Have To Report

49306_1243463290_1041_n_thumb[7]

Lyn Winstanley passed away last night. Lyn had been battling with cancer for  some time and  passed away peacefully. Lyn will be fondly remembered by many of us in the bedlington community, she was a  life time lover of the bedlington, bred beautiful dogs  and was very successful  in the show ring. Although Lyn had  been poorly for some time she  remained an important committee member of the BTA. Our thoughts are with Kath and her family at this very sad time.

For information on the funeral and condolences please contact Kath Alders
375 Sturt Road, Upper Hale, Farnham, Surry, GU9 0EP.

I would like to thank you all for your very kind words about Lyn,
After what seemed such a long battle against the cancer of which Lyn fought bravely every step of the way, she finally lost the fight.
I'm sure she would be very proud of the kind and lovely tributes you have all paid her here and on my wall on Facebook please know that your messages have been shown and have brought comfort to us all. Again Thank you all xxx

R.I.P. Lyn. I didn't know Lyn for very long, but she was a real Bedlington lover who knew her breed inside out. She worked tirelessly on the BTA committee, and was never one to sit back and let others do the work. I will really miss seeing her at our meetings. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.

Hi all after speaking with family members today it was Lyn's request that instead of her friends sending cards and flowers would they be so kind as to make donations to The Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice charity, we have a fantastic hospice here in Farnham, Surrey but if you would rather support your local ones nearest to you it is entirely up to you.
With grateful respects
Lyn's Family x
